Q:  If I arrive late how do we get access to our villa
A: You will be provided with the access medium before you leave for your holiday.



Q: What happens if something goes wrong in the villa.
A: You will have information on how to contact our local management team who will be able to  respond your problem.



Q: If I decide I need to have the pool heated after arriving at the villa what should I do?
A: Phone the management company and they will arrange for the pool heater to be switched on.  There is a call out charge to switch the heater on.



Q:  Where is the nearest wifi?
A: There is free wifi throughout the villa.  The process for accessing the wifi will be in the folder on arrival.



Q: May I smoke at the Villa
A: Smoking is not allowed in the villa.  It impacts the air conditioning and also gets into the furniture. As a result a deep clean is necessary and also maintenance to the air conditioning which will need to be paid out of the security payment.



Q: Is the area around the villa kept clean?
A: The Homeowners Association are very active and ensure that all homeowners keep their area maintained otherwise they are fined. We are also on a golf course that is well maintained.



Q: Are we required to bring sheets and towels?
The villa will be ready to live in and comes with sheets, pillows and towels for use in the villa and the pool.  There is also a hairdryer. Our excellent management company ensures that the villa has been fully cleaned and prepared before you arrive.



Q: How do I make an international call?
The phone covers free calls in North America.  You can purchase a phone card from the local shopping centre at reasonable costs.  However with the use of wifi you can also use Skype and other media to call.



Q:  Is there a local supermarket where we can get food?
A;  There is a Publix and small shopping centre with restaurants 1 mile away from the entrance of Ridgewood Lakes.
